€399 a month is the price of the base kit for a small site. Every site gets an individual quote after a site visit, based on its size and the number of cameras.

We offer video surveillance and a monitored alarm system (СОТ) for construction sites as a monthly service: we install the system on site, connect it to a monitoring centre and take it down when the job is finished. We work anywhere in Bulgaria, including sites with no power or internet yet.
What is included
Night-vision cameras
Cameras covering the entrances, the storage area and the building itself, recording day and night.
Sensors and siren
Motion and perimeter sensors that trigger the alarm and a siren when someone enters the site out of hours.
СОТ monitoring and response
The alarm is monitored around the clock, and a СОТ response team is sent to the site when it goes off — included in the monthly price.
Live view on your phone
Watch the cameras and play back recordings from your phone, wherever you are.
Installation and removal
We install and set up the system on site, and take it down when the construction is finished.
Moves with the build
As the building goes up, the cameras and sensors are repositioned to cover what needs covering.
No power or internet on site?
Not a problem. We protect sites anywhere in Bulgaria, including ones that are not yet connected to electricity or have no internet: for them the service includes solar panels with batteries and fast mobile internet (5G or 4G). These are quoted separately, on top of the monthly price.

What does “from €399 a month” include?
The cameras, the sensors and the alarm, their installation on site, and СОТ monitoring and response. €399 a month is the price of the base kit for a small site. Every site gets an individual quote after a site visit, based on its size and the number of cameras. Prices exclude VAT.
What is СОТ?
СОТ (signal and security equipment) is a monitored alarm: when a sensor is triggered, the signal goes straight to a monitoring centre that is staffed day and night, instead of only sounding a siren on an empty site.
What happens when the alarm goes off?
The monitoring centre receives the signal, checks it and sends a СОТ response team to the site, and you are notified at the same time. You can also open the cameras on your phone and see what is happening.
Can you secure a site with no electricity or internet?
Yes, anywhere in Bulgaria. For sites with no power or internet, the service includes solar panels with batteries and fast mobile internet (5G or 4G), so the system does not depend on the site having either. These are quoted separately, on top of the monthly price.
Does it suit a small site?
Yes. The system is sized to the site — from a single house to a residential or office building — so a small site pays the starting price, not for equipment it does not need.
