2. The content is informational
All information on this site is promotional and informational. It does not constitute a binding offer to contract.
- Images of the houses and the complex are computer-generated visualisations (3D renders) shown for illustration. The finished build may differ.
- Areas, dimensions, layouts and materials are as designed and may change until the buildings are commissioned.
- Availability and prices are confirmed only in writing, on enquiry.
Binding terms are agreed solely in a written preliminary contract and in the notarial deed.
3. Intellectual property
All text, images, visualisations, video, drawings, logos and design on this site are owned by Vkushty EOOD or used with the rights holders’ permission.
Copying, reproducing or distributing them for commercial purposes without our written consent is not permitted.
4. Downloadable drawings and materials
Drawings, plans and presentation materials offered for download are for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating the property. They are not approved investment designs and may not be used for construction.
5. Information you send us
When you complete a form on this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or that the site will be continuously available.
