1. Who processes your data

Data you give us voluntarily through the contact forms on this site:

• phone number
• email address (optional)
• the content of your message

Data collected automatically when you visit the site:

• IP address and approximate location (city/country)
• browser type, device and operating system
• pages visited, time of visit and traffic source

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and no registration is required to use the site.

3. Why we process your data, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and arrange a viewing — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract, at your request).
• For traffic analysis and advertising — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, which you may withdraw at any time).
• For site security and abuse prevention — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest).
• To meet legal obligations, including accounting and tax — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

We do not use automated decision-making and do not carry out profiling with legal effects for you.

4. Cookies and tracking

This site uses two kinds of cookies:

• Strictly necessary — these make the site work. They do not require consent.
• Analytics and advertising — Google Analytics (property G-B398KXYD2P) and Google Ads. These help us understand how the site is used and measure the performance of our advertising.

• Contact form enquiries — up to 24 months from our last communication, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

• Accounting records — for the periods required by Bulgarian law.
