VRF, heat pumps, ventilation and air conditioning — designed, installed and maintained by one team
Alongside building the Vkushty houses, we offer HVAC as a separate service for residential, office and commercial buildings from 400 sq.m to over 3,000 sq.m: VRF/VRV systems, heat pumps, chillers with fan coils, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, air handling units and building automation. We take a system from the heating and cooling load calculation and design to installation and commissioning, and keep it running afterwards with scheduled maintenance — so one team answers for the whole system, not a designer, a supplier and an installer who each point at the other.
Variable refrigerant flow: one outdoor unit serving many indoor units, with heat recovery for simultaneous heating and cooling across zones.
Air-to-water and ground-source (geothermal) heat pumps for heating, cooling and domestic hot water.
Chilled-water systems with fan-coil units for larger buildings, with the hydronic distribution behind them.
Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR): fresh, filtered air without throwing the heat away.
AHUs with filtration, heating, cooling and humidity control, and the ductwork that serves them.
Radiant floors fed by a heat pump: an even temperature and no visible units.
Split, multi-split, cassette and ducted units for spaces that need their own climate.
Controls, zoning and remote monitoring, so the system runs efficiently and faults show up early.
Heating and cooling load calculations, system selection, pipe and duct sizing, and the HVAC drawings for the building permit.
Supply of equipment and materials, refrigerant and hydronic piping, ductwork, and coordination with the other trades on site.
Installation, commissioning, testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB), and handover with documentation.
Scheduled maintenance contracts: filters, cleaning and disinfection, F-gas leak checks, diagnostics and repairs.

We go through the building, its drawings or the site, and what the system needs to do.
Every building is different, so every project is priced individually.
We design and install the system, and can keep maintaining it afterwards.
VRF (variable refrigerant flow, also sold as VRV) connects one outdoor unit to many indoor units and varies the refrigerant flow to match each zone. Heat-recovery VRF can heat some rooms while cooling others, which suits offices, hotels and large houses.
Both work well; the choice depends on the size of the building, how its zones are used and the running costs. VRF needs less space for distribution, while a water-based system with a heat pump or chiller and fan coils scales well and keeps refrigerant out of occupied rooms. We compare the options at the design stage.
Well-insulated, airtight buildings need mechanical ventilation for fresh air. A heat recovery unit passes heat from the outgoing air to the incoming air, so the building stays ventilated without losing most of its heat.
At least once a year, with filters checked more often. Systems above certain refrigerant quantities must also be leak-checked regularly under the EU F-gas Regulation.
Tell us the size of the building and how to reach you, and we will get back to you.
