New Gallery: The Construction Site in Photos

We are launching a new gallery on the site — photos from the construction site in chronological order, from the first excavation to the latest slabs, with regular new drone shots.

House 3's second floor from the east, with the complex's finished buildings, Sofia and the mountains behind it.

One of the questions we get most often is "What does the site look like right now?". Until today, the answer lived in our social media posts and the blog. Now there is a better one: the construction gallery.

What you will find there

Photos from the site in chronological order — newest first. The story starts in February, with the formwork for the second house's foundation slab minutes before the first concrete pour. From there: the ground-floor walls, the tower crane, the crew on the decks, and the panorama we are building for — Vitosha on one side and all of Sofia on the other, at 897 metres above sea level.

Every photo has a short caption explaining exactly what you are looking at — which house, which stage, what comes next.

From north to south: house 3 in the middle, house 2 behind it, and to the right the garden of the finished first house.

We will keep it alive

We fly the drone over the site regularly, and the best shots will go into the gallery after every flight. Over time the page becomes a diary of the build — you can scroll back and watch the four houses rise level by level.

And if you prefer moving pictures, the house tours are on the videos page.

See you again in the next post!
