A Tower Crane on Site and the Start of Houses 2 and 4
Act 14 for houses 1 and 3 is expected on September 30, today we begin excavation for houses 2 and 4 along with the retaining walls, and the new tower crane is speeding up work on site.
Summer is in full swing and the site keeps moving forward. The photo above is not a render — it is the actual view from the bedroom of house 1, taken from the second slab. With every new level, the view just keeps getting better.
Act 14 Is Approaching
We expect Act 14 for house 1 and house 3 on September 30. This is the "structural completion" milestone — the moment the building's structure is officially finished and accepted. For us it is the most important interim goal of the year, and we are on schedule to reach it.
The Final Slabs
On Monday we are pouring the second-to-last slab of house 1, and toward the end of the month comes the final slab of house 3. Step by step, both houses are reaching their final silhouette on the ridge.
Starting Houses 2 and 4
Today we began excavation for house 2 and house 4, together with the construction of the retaining walls. After this long-awaited start of the second pair of houses, a full tidy-up of the site is next, so the environment stays convenient for both work and visits.
A Tower Crane on Site
We now have a tower crane that helps the work move significantly faster — rebar, formwork, and materials are lifted into place in minutes. With four houses under construction at the same time, it is exactly the right investment at exactly the right moment.
